Tonight we’re walking through a house that’s under construction.  It’s a beautiful sprawling single level home.  The outside is a mix of stone and wooden siding and the large mahogany front door is framed by an impressive sand stone arch.  The great room has a cathedral ceiling with exposed rough hewn rafters.  It sports a large hearth for fires when cold and will be a perfect room for a large Christmas tree when the season again arrives.  The kitchen is spectacular with all the latest stainless equipment and wears.  There will be a large sectional in the family room that will be positioned to look upon a large flat screen.  Off of the family room will be a large well stocked library complete with fancy rolling ladders to reach the volumes stored on the second level.  Down a long wide hall are plenty of bedrooms for family and guests, each with their own bathrooms.  The master will boast a vaulted ceiling and a bathroom as large as most bedrooms.  There will be a room next to a greenhouse for potting and harvesting for the colorful grounds.  A beautiful pool will stretch away from a deck that has a screened porch on one end.  Fruit trees ordain one side of the property and mountains grace three quarters of our view.  We hold hands astonished this house will be ours. God has blessed us and we in turn give generously of our time and resources to help others.  After soaking it all in for some time we walk back to our car and drive down the tree lined lane with warm and thankful spirits.
