Tonight we go back in time to an old amusement park that once was a hop’n place in my home town.  It was called Myers Lake Park.  I went a few times when I was a kid, but by then it was kind of run down.  Mom described it when it was in its heyday.  Of course it had a great roller coaster, bumper cars, a crazy house ride, and the like, but mom said there was also an amazing ballroom–The Moonlight Ballroom.  She said on warm summer nights big time bands would play and crowds of people would gather to dance until late. She said there were flowers everywhere and folks would dress up.  She had so much fun–she sure had great memories.  So tonight, you and I are at Myers Lake back in the forties, in the Moonlight Ballroom. We are dressed to the hilt and dancing under the moonlight holding each other close like they used to in those days.  We’ll have an amazing time as will those dancing beside us.  Just like mom, we’ll make a memory we won’t forget.
